By placing an order with us you agree and accept these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime therefore it is your responsibility to check these before ordering our products.
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us and a purchase receipt.
Items are priced in pounds sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging.
Payment can be made with a debit/credit card or by Paypal.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable on our online shop or at the various events we attend (please see events page). Please bring your gift voucher with you to use it at our events.
To spend your gift voucher online enter the voucher number in the redemption code box at the check out. The value of your gift voucher will then be deducted from the total amount in your basket.
Due to all products on this site being handmade we do try to make and hold a sufficient amount of stock however on occasion the product you have ordered happens to be out of stock we will notify you immediately.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate.
Standard delivery £2.75. Delivered in 3 – 7 working days and may require a signature.
First class delivery £3.95. Delivered in 2 – 3 working days and may require a signature.
Next day delivery £7.95. Guaranteed next day if the order is placed before 12 noon, delivered Monday – Friday (excluding bank/public holidays) and will require a signature.
Free standard delivery on orders over £50.
International delivery is set at a flat rate and starts at £10.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay of items being sent to you.
We reuse and recycle packaging as much as possible.
We aim to send out orders within 2 working days. Due to our products being handmade and being a small business please note this may take a little longer at busy times throughout the year. However if you require your order as soon as possible please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
For special orders such as personalised items, these are made to order so please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery.
Returns, refunds and exchanges:
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied please notify and return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging and condition with proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund or exchange to the value of goods. Refunds will be issued within 7 days on return. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the item is faulty. If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately to arrange a return.
Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings and face coverings for hygiene reasons or personalised orders.
We cannot be held responsible for goods getting lost being returned to us, therefore please send through a tracked and signed for service.
All of our products are designed and individually hand crafted in Britain. We take time and care to provide descriptions of the pieces to be as accurate as possible, however due to the handmade nature there will be variations in colour and decoration from piece to piece, and may slightly differ to the images listed on the website. This adds to the originality and individuality of hand crafted pieces. All stated sizes are approximate.
We take your confidentiality very seriously and we do not supply any of your information on to third parties.
